Avenoir Atelier currently only ships within the United States and Canada.

We do not accept returns on international orders due to customs regulations.

Please make your selection with care, as all international sales are final.

Return Eligibility – U.S. Orders Only

We accept returns for domestic (U.S.) orders only if:

  • The item arrives damaged or significantly different from the description

  • You contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • The item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging

To request a return, please email us at energyartstudio6000@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation. Photos of the issue may be requested.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
